Analog and
Mixed-Signal Degree Plans
Ph.D. and M.Sc. programs in Analog and Mixed-Signal Circuits and Systems
are now open! These programs will allow graduate students to major in IC integrated
circuits with emphasis on circuit design. It is expected that the research topic will
involve VLSI hardware implementation of an analog building block or a full system.
Ph.D. students are required to take a total of 21
credit/hour courses. M.Sc. students are expected to take a total of 24 credit/hour
courses. The suggested courses for a MSc or beginning Ph.D. student follow. First are the
mandatory courses scheduled per semester. It is expected that every student will take 3
courses per semester. For those semesters without the 3 courses, the student can choose
from the electicve options given below. For more details or help consult your advisor.
