Paper Submission
Manuscript preparation
- All papers will be limited up to 4 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
- All papers submitted to CASME 2009, whether for review or publication upon acceptance, must be written in English and formatted in the standard IEEE 2-column format of single-spaced text in at least 10 point Times Roman (or closely resembling).
- The column width is 88 mm and space between two columns is 5 mm.
- It is strongly recommended that prospective authors download the following template file for use with Microsoft Word. Download Sample.
- You must prepare an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF file for your manuscript before submission. You may download: "Simplified Requirements for Creating PDF Files for IEEE Xplore".
- Do not put page numbers on your document. Appropriate page numbers will be added to accepted papers when the conference proceedings are assembled.
Online Paper Submission
- All papers must be submitted electronically. The review process will be performed from the electronic submission of your paper.
- Only IEEE Xplore compatible PDF files will be accepted.
- The authors typed into the online submission form should exactly match in number and order the authors listed on the manuscript.
- Notice that at least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for the CASME 2009. Otherwise, the paper will NOT be published.
IEEE Copyright Transfer Form
- Once accepted, author(s) must complete and submit the IEEE Copyright Form while you upload the camera-ready version of your paper.
- Please download IEEE Copyright Form in PDF format or in WORD format, fill in your paper title and author list, sign it, scan the signed copyright form in JPG or PDF format, and then upload the signed copyright form file through the online paper submission system.
Camera Ready Papers Submission
- Please revise your manuscript according to the reviewers'comments.
- Please strictly follow the manuscript preperation procedure described above and submit your camera-ready paper in IEEE Xplore compatible PDF format through the online paper submission system.
